Project WeHire
WeHire is a social initiative launched by the Human Resource Development Cell, SRCC in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic. It is an initiative to provide free HR services to non-profits, social enterprises, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), civil societies, budding startups, and business houses with a view to help them cope up & overcome challenges with the fast changing recruitment scenario.

Project Eduwave
The Human Resource Development Cell identified the problem of an overall slump in the education sector. Via this identification, it was able to gauge that underprivileged students studying in NGOs and government schools were specifically the worst hit. Eduwave was launched as a social project, enabling these students to learn beyond the books, focussing on skill enhancement and communication. Under the ambit of Eduwave, HRDC has collaborated with over 10 organizations in the past year, including various NGOs and Government Schools.
